Ford+ Champions

Project Overview
Ford+ Champions is Ford’s annual recognition program that celebrates employees across all levels, functions, and global locations who help drive the Ford+ transformation forward. Since 2021, the program has honored the people behind the work, building pride, connection, and community across the company. Civic designed and produced the experience as a high-energy celebration, bringing together 550 in-person attendees and more than 18,000 live virtual viewers.

Project Tasks
Served as the Art Director and Lead Designer, leading the visual direction for the full program experience. Developed the event brand identity and established a cohesive look and feel across all touchpoints. Designed the on-site environment and visual moments to make the program more festive and enjoyable for employees, while partnering closely with the production team to ensure everything stayed consistent from concept through execution.
